REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY — THE KIT EDIT

At THE KIT EDIT, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This Refund & Exchange Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled when shopping with us.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers who wish to return an item must contact our support team before sending the product back.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, items should generally be:

• Unworn and unused.

• In their original condition.

• Returned with original tags, labels and packaging where applicable.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number.

Football jerseys that have been worn, washed, damaged through use or altered may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

These conditions do not limit any rights customers may have under applicable South African consumer protection law.

2. EXCHANGES

If you have selected the wrong size or wish to request an exchange, please email our support team with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection of the returned item where applicable.

If the requested size or replacement item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Include the following information in your email:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging, where applicable.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

4. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns procedure and applicable consumer protection requirements.

Where possible, refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider and the customer's financial institution.

Customers will be notified when a refund has been approved and processed.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, customers may be responsible for the applicable return shipping costs, where permitted by law and communicated in advance.

If an item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, return shipping arrangements will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

Please do not send a return before receiving instructions from our support team.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items may not qualify for a change-of-mind return if they have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

This does not exclude returns, refunds or other remedies required by law for defective goods, goods that do not match their description or other qualifying circumstances.

3. Include photographs and any relevant details if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

THE KIT EDIT respects customers' rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and other applicable laws.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable remedies for defective goods.
