All prices displayed on THE KIT EDIT are listed in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed through the available payment options displayed at checkout. Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

We use third-party payment service providers to facilitate secure transactions. THE KIT EDIT does not store customers' complete payment card details on its own systems.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment verification.

During this period, your order is checked, prepared and packaged for dispatch. Processing times may vary during busy periods, promotional campaigns or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

THE KIT EDIT delivers across South Africa through our selected courier partners, Aramex and The Courier Guy.

Estimated delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your delivery location and the courier's service.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays, additional delivery charges or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your parcel.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to keep product listings and stock information accurate, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to a stock issue or another unforeseen circumstance, we will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate resolution.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Eligible returns must meet the applicable return conditions. Items should generally be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Requests relating to incorrect, damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
